Terminal A Pickup location
Please proceed to baggage claim area, Arrival Level, exit Door # A102, then cross over the two traffic lanes to meet your driver at the designated Limo Stand
B
Terminal B Pickup location

Please proceed to the Departure Level;

  • Stop 1: American / Southwest: Exit through Door B206 departure level. 
  • Stop 2: Air Canada / Alaska / Boutique Air / Spirit / United / United: Exit through Door B207 departure level. 

Your chauffeur will meet you in the horseshoe along the curb

Terminal C Pickup location
Terminal Currently Under Construction
Take the elevator to the 3rd floor (Bridge to Central Parking & Parking Pay Station). Cross the sky bridge to the central parking. Take the elevator to level G (ground). Take a left to exit into parking lot then 1st curbside to meet your driver at the designated Limo Stand
E
Terminal E Pickup location
Terminal Currently Under Construction
After exiting Customs, turn right and follow the purple “Limos” signs. Exit the terminal through Door E107, then continue along the covered walkway to reach the Authorized Limousine Waiting Area.
Waiting Time
My|CHFEUR Car Service grace periods are: 45 minutes for a domestic flight/cruise, and 60 minutes for an international flight of the estimated flight arrival. We must have the proper flight number and airline on every airport pick-up.
Note

No-show: A no show fee equal to the trip cost plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location for which a reservation has been made. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated pick-up locations without notifying My|CHFEUR Car Service at 617-213-0388
